The hotel is clean and cozy, the staff are enthusiastic and friendly, and there's a key card access system for the elevator. Additionally, there's a separate counter offering complimentary toiletries such as tea, makeup remover, and facial cleanser, which is helpful if you haven't brought your own.

Spacious room for Japan, everything needed is there, connected to Sapporo or Odori station via underground. Very pleasant. We got a room with a view of the hotel garden and there is a small pool. The window can be opened. The bed is comfortable and big enough for two. The staff is very friendly. The price is cheap for the size of the room and the facilities. The best. Don't hesitate to choose this hotel.

Best service we've had during 16-day Japan trip. Spacious room, near station and convenience store. Big bed, bathtub, dressing space.

So far the best hotel we had in our journey through Japan. The room slightly bigger, they even separate shower and WC and provide air humidifier. All new and modern room facing Odori Kouen. We love our stay here!

Just found the best hotel in Sapporo! The location is perfect! Can use the underground walkway to the hotel and few steps from all the malls! Will definitely come stay here next time!

Location: Across Sapporo jr station and the basement is connected to Sapporo underground walkway. So convenient. Services and room are great. Breakfast is wonderful, especially if you are a seafood lover.

The hotel is in a very strategic location at Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The room is comfortable and clean, and it is cleaned every day. The location is very close to the subway, and the hotel can be accessed through Poletown (the underground mall), which makes it easy to avoid the cold weather outside and is very convenient when carrying luggage. We also received Knot Coin that can be exchanged for drinks or snacks at the lounge

The hotel was really nice, offers great onsen and has a convenience store at the lobby. Breakfast was also really nice, offering many choices of Hokkaido local delicacies.
