Had a great stay in Mitsui. The staff were professional and the room was clean and comfortable bed. Location is great too as it’s close to many shops and restaurants. The top floor had the most beautiful view especially in the evening.

Clean room. Loved the views and breakfast from the lounge on 25F. Walking distance to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, the Dome, ferry to Miyajima and other sights.

The room was smaller than the picture but it was very clean and comfortable. Great room for an incredible price. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

The hotel is just an 8 minute walk from the Peace Park and Museum. It is in an excellent location and very easy to get to from the main train station. The staff are very attentive, helpful and kind! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that would be a minus would be the 'air conditioning'. Due to the age of the building, the temperature for the air conditioner is set by the building. There is no way for you to change the temperature - which was set to 21 C while we were there. The staff mentioned that we could ask for a fan, which we did as we found sleeping at that temperature to warm. It was late April so we were okay but I wouldn't want to stay there in the heat of the summer months.

The staff was excellent, we received a free tour from Midori-San. She was well informed and very kind. She was practiced Japanese with my son. I would have given the hotel a higher rate but my A/C was broken. They did bring a fan to cool the room off.

Une petite déception par contre pour le happy hours maintenant payant … j’avais réservé cet hôtel puisqu’il etait mentionné que l’hôtel offrait du vin et petites bouchées mais désormais nous devons payer ! Ils devraient donc offrir la possibilité au gens d’amener leur propre consommation!

Modern hotel, very helpful staff and excellent buffet style breakfast on the 25th floor with lovely views of area. Comfortable beds and good shower in bathroom. Hotel happy to look after your baggage pre/post check in/out. Short walk to memorial park. Bus took about 20 mins from railway station.

Room was clean and breakfast selection was great (although a touch busy so be prepared to go slightly early), great location also and close to peace park and main shopping areas (about 10 minute walk to both). Rooms are a touch on the smaller side but overall had a great stay

The property was very deceiving looked nice on the outisde but the rooms were definitely not up to date, old pink and green bathrooms. They also put us in a smoking room because there was no non smoking available. Also skip the "late nite snack" it's like a pudding jell-o.

Other than being in a good location, there is very little to praise about this hotel. The rooms were ancient and stuffy. I was flabbergasted to hear that I was not able to control the temperature in the room. It was not a comfortable stay.

I wouldn't stay again at this hotel. Everything feels like it's in dire need of renovations. The room was small, the sheets were in bad condition, and the room didn't have a cooling system, only heating. There were stains on the walls, and the bathroom looked the same as one on a cruise ship - which is pretty bad for a suite in a hotel. Breakfast was okay - some of the food was inedible, some was good, but the entire thing feels like it needs to come to 2026 instead of staying in the 90s. The only great thing was the view of the 25th floor - it was great going there at night and sip a glass of sake.
