The hotel was close to the Kyoto train station, which was very convenient. Staff were welcoming and were helpful when there was a room change. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Great location near Kyoto station so convenient for everything. Staff were accommodating. The room was a good size for three people with a full sized bath tub. Breakfast was varied with something for everyone. The hotel had laundry machines for an additional charge and free storage lockers and drinks in reception during the day. Overall a great experience!

Property very well maintained and clean. Nothing bad to say except that there was only one machine to do laundry on our floor and it was occupied every time I went to try to use it. Had to walk to a laundry mat to wash my clothes. The other down fall is thar the nearest convenience store was a block away.

Great location! Avanti Mall, the train station, and several bus stops were all within a five-minute walk, which made getting around very easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We were a group of six and stayed three people per room. The rooms were a good size, and we didn't feel cramped at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!
