The staff was very helpful. The room was very spacious. Our room was upgraded to a sea view room. They have a mini playground for kids inside the restaurant. It made my kids very happy. The location was very near to the ferry terminal. You can just walk from the hotel to the terminal.

It was well worth the money we spent and impression we received from staying in this beautiful hotel. We celebrated my wife's birthday here and she received all the attention, care and love from the stuff not to mention two birthday cakes. Terra Mar restaurant is excellent. We Highly recommend lunch half-buffet. Everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully served. The pool area and hot tub is very nice and clean. Locker room with steam and dry sauna rooms was very clean and smells good. The design of the hotel is still reminding us of the glory but unfortunately getting older however still in good condition and well maintained. The Location of the hotel is very good and it is a part of the Fisherman's Warf. March is a good month to explore the surrounding areas because the weather permits and the temperature is mild perfect for walking long distances without sweating. We definitely recommend this hotel.

From the very first day, I felt genuinely welcomed — not just as guests, but almost as part of a small, caring family. The service deserves special gratitude. The staff are kind, attentive, and consistently go out of their way to help with anything big or small. Every request is met with warmth and sincerity, and you always feel that they truly want you to have a good stay. That kind of hospitality is rare. Breakfasts are tasty and satisfying, a lovely start to the day. Hotel location is quite. Room is clean and spacious. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out very fast. Have free shuttle bus nearby hotel to Lisbo and to Zhu Hai custom. Not much eateries nearby.
