An outstanding hotel with excellent service. I was very impressed by one of the bellboys, Mr. Fauzan; he was very friendly, especially towards my child. The room was also very clean, and the reception staff were very helpful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff was good, even at peak check-in time (3 pm). I also got the requested preference of the room. Easy to buy drinking water too, as there is a convenience store in the building. I can also wash clothes as there is a washing machine available. Always stay here when I go to Gleneagles Hospital, as it's only next to it. Thank you for the overall good service.

It was a very pleasant stay at One Pacific. The rooms were clean, and all the staff and security were kind and helpful. The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to several major hospitals in Penang. Shopping malls and dining options are also nearby. There's a 24-hour convenience store and a pharmacy next door. There's a restaurant across the street. If I return to Penang, I'll definitely stay here again.

Just stayed at Macalisterz 22 and I absolutely loved the room. It was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and super comfortable. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully arranged, making it really easy to relax. Definitely one of the coziest stays I’ve had, 👍highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean. The sheets were changed daily. The facilities were good, including a free washing machine. It was also very close to Loh Guan Lye Hospital, where we had our medical check-up. It was also close to everywhere, with Weling and a 7-Eleven next door.
