We stayed in the two-bedded family room. Both rooms and the toilet were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff are friendly. Walking distance to the mall and eateries. The coach bay is just downstairs, it’s so convenient for those who are not driving. Will stay there in the future and well recommended.

The right choice if you want to go to Malacca and stay here. Unfortunately, I forgot to document the room because I was so happy to get a good room and service. I took the deluxe king room type, for me it was luxurious enough and in the bathroom there was also a bathtub, very helpful because after a tiring day exploring Malacca you can immediately soak in warm water to relax your body again! 🫶🏻 The sheets and towels were clean, the bathroom was clean, the bedroom was clean and the floor of the room was also covered with a mat. Every 2 days the room was cleaned by CS. In short, I didn't choose the wrong hotel, hopefully I can stay here again👍🏻

The balcony area is very suitable to have a relaxing sit and rest, the night view was very pretty. The staff was very friendly. They gave us (2 adult) free breakfast and just need to add RM10 for my 6yo kid. It was Saturday, the night market was started at about 5.30pm. Make sure to arrive before that time, otherwise no car is able to come. It is near the city center, many shopping malls, the Jonker, the night market, river cruise, and others are just on a walking distance. Very satisfying and pleasant staying at Quayside Hotel. Will sure to recommend to my friends who are going to Melaka.

Extremely friendly staff upon check-in. There was a very lovely and funny young woman who I enjoyed talking with. The room was of a good size for solo travel. Location was fine for me, not too far to walk to the center. I only stayed the one night as they were fully booked as guests were arriving to celebrate the Lunar New Year.

As a group of three adults, having a room type that comfortably fit us, along with breakfast included for all three guests, provided excellent value. The staff is very helpful and friendly! I arrived at Malacca at around 1 AM and they waited for me (the reception desk opened till 12 AM only). The room was spacious, nice, also got hairdryer! They also prepare iron and ironing board outside. The hotel is so convenient with lots of cafe, famous eating place and also Family Mart and Seven Eleven nearby. All of the tourist destination also very near and walkable from the hotel! Love love this hotel so much, affordable and so nice!
