CHECK-OUT Check-out time: 12:00 PM Late check-out is available at RM 100 per hour. After 4:00 PM, an additional full-night charge will apply. DIRECTIONS & KEY COLLECTION Prior to check-in, please transfer the refundable deposit of RM 500 to: Bank: May Bank Berhad Account Number: 107180009951 Account Holder: Ng Kai Beng To collect your keys, please go to the property address we provided. You will find a small safety box beside the gate. Use the 4-digit code we will send you to open the box and retrieve your keys. WI-FI ACCESS Username: (Shown on a card next to the Entrance Wooden Door) Password: (Shown on a card next to the Entrance Wooden Door) IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES No SMOKING in the unit. Penalty: RM 500 QUIET Hours: No loud noise after 12:00 AM ILLEGAL & Dangerous Activities are strictly prohibited. PARKING Violations will incur a RM 200 fine. LOCK Outs after 12:00 AM will result in additional fees. LOST Keys: RM 250 penalty. DURIAN is prohibited in the unit. Penalty: RM 500 CHECK-OUT PROCESS Please inform us of your desired check-out time. Our in-charge personnel will visit your unit to finalize the check-out process.
