CHECK-OUT Check-out time: 12:00 PM Late check-out is available at RM 50 per hour. After 4:00 PM, an additional full-night charge will apply. You will find a small safety box beside the gate. Use the 4-digit code we will send you to open the box and retrieve your keys. Penalty: RM 500 QUIET Hours: No loud noise after 12:00 AM ILLEGAL & Dangerous Activities are strictly prohibited. PARKING Violations will incur a RM 200 fine. LOCK Outs after 12:00 AM will result in additional fees. LOST Keys: RM 250 penalty. DURIAN is prohibited in the unit.
