There is a great coffee area with fresh fruit every day , the rooms are small as they are in Amsterdam but the linen is of a high quality

Room was not cleaned my whole stay. There was soap still on shower tray and paper on toilet floor when i arrived and was still there when i left. Television didnt work, fresh towels only twice.

I am not convinced if I stayed in the room that I booked online after I saw the room pictures. They probably put pics that are older than 10-15 years??? The pics on hotels.com were decisive in making my decision to book this place instead of another. It is very misleading.

Let me check in early but they put me in the basement and it felt like a dungeon. It was not super clean and there were stains all over the carpet. In the middle on the night a man was trying to get into my room. I was so scared. I ended up leaving in the middle of the night.

The hotel is ideally situated for walks to shops/ restaurants, but also for exhibitions.
It’s functional, not very sound proofed and you do not want to be on the ground floor.
It’s not lavish in anyway.
More hostel like.
So as far as just resting your head it’s ok.
