Localização perfeita. Apesar do quarto ser bem pequeno a cama é confortável e tem bom chuveiro. Custo beneficio eu recomendo

Habítacion muy pequeña y sin aire acondicionado, la ducha es muy pequeña no es apta para una persona grande. la ubicación si estaba muy bien.

Fantastiskt läge, dock enkel standard. Nära till museum,spårvagn,shopping,kvarterskrogar. Vackert beläget utmed en av alla kanaler och gamla hus.Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Ingen frukost men gott kaffe i foajén.Se upp med alla cyklar!

The staff are lovely and very welcoming and will do anything to make your stay comfortable There is a great coffee area with fresh fruit every day , the rooms are small as they are in Amsterdam but the linen is of a high quality

Good location and friendly staff. Room is quite small and a bit noisy. Toilet is dirty and no ventilation.

I had the most amazing time in Amsterdam and it all started with Hotel Mozart. My friend and I had no idea which hotel to book because we weren't familiar with any of the hotel brands in Europe. But I am happy we chose Hotel Mozart. From we opened the door and had an unobstructed view of the canal we were sold!!!!!! Marina at check-in was quite helpful and informative. The facility offered free hot and cold beverage options at no additional charge and also fruit. Hotel Mozart had the perfect location. It was a few steps away from the tram and the metro. Did I mention the view of the canal, breathtaking. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again

Walking distance to Centraal Station and museums. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby.

2 star hotel

A good hotel in a great location. Very quiet. Could do with being brought up to date a little. Staff were great however rooms could do with being deep cleaned. Would stay again if in the area.

Friendly staff. Good to be able to make hot drinks at any time of day in the social area - nice touch. Communal areas were all fairly smart but the bedrooms were very basic and in urgent need of updating. The decor was shabby and the carpets stained. One of our rooms had water coming through the ceiling due to a plumbing issue, which wasn’t adequately dealt with. The lighting and power sockets in the other room could only be used when the pass card was in situ, which made it impossible to charge phones and tablets overnight, as it wasn’t possible to isolate the sockets from the lighting. The steps at the entrance to the reception area were steep, with no handrail, which made them dangerous, particularly when wet. With a little expenditure on decor and carpets in the bedrooms, this would make a good little hotel great.

Overall was just fine. Location suited me. Reception/lounge facilities quite nice. Staff nice. Little bit of love here & there room-wise wouldn’t go astray but was reasonably fair value. Walls a bit thin but hey, noise-cancel at will…!

The location and staff were great. Beware if you have a canal view you’ll be getting no sleep!! we stayed here for 4 nights and hardly got any sleep. people screaming throughout the nights can be heard. also anyone smoking either walking by or in front of the hotel could be smelled in our room.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was big and clean. However the hotel is small and do not offer any other facilities but it did not bother us as all we wanted to do is eating and drinking out and explore Amsterdam.
