Excellent Hotel. Nice rooms. Clean. Hot water is great after hot weather outside. 2 great malls literally outside the across the street. 7-11 onsite for drinks and snacks.

The location is not bad considering that it’s close to SM and other stores. It’s safe to walk around. The bfast was okay. However, the rooms are not clean enough esp the bathroom. The supposedly white towels are gray-looking instead of white. The pool has blurry water. The elevators skip floors. The underground parking smells like sewage.

Though it’s on the other side , it’s very close to SM aura, walkable to most shopping malls, restaurants, The room have all the amenities as described, The bed is comfortable , shower pressure is good, w/ city view, a nice place to stay, wifi is strong. The staff are helpful, respectful , nice. I recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a no frills, comfortable & affordable rooms.

Loved that concierge was open 24 hours. They helped me schedule a Grab pick up to the airport at 2 am in the morning !
Hotel is waking distance to market market and SM mall. Literally just across the street.
If you asked for a higher floor, you’ll have a view of the skyline . Price is modest as well!
Will definitely go back next time I visit Manila .

The front desk and helpers are very helpful. The biggest complaint for me is on the 5th floor, the hallways smell like sewer. It smells so bad that the you can smell it inside the room. I complained to the front desk and they offered to
move us but we were already checking out the following day. We turned on the blower in the rom but that thing is ridiculously loud.
