The best part is the location, right at the core of the city center, with full of possibilities of joy. Worst is the pub in front of you stop playing loud music until 05:00, if you are traveller looking for fun, 10/10, but for family or couples maybe stay out

Booked a total of 28 nights across 4 bookings involving 8 people. 1 x 1 night, 4 x4 nights, 3 x 3 nights, 1 x 2 nights. I arrived first on a 1 night booking in Business room with breakfast (to both check on breakfast and noise level at front of hotel) then I became 1 of the 4x4 in quiet (internal courtyard) rooms. Rooms at front are very noisy. They do provide ear plugs but they have little effect on noise from bars & clubs opposite hotel entrance. This is particularly a problem on Thu/Fri/Sat when the noise goes on to after 3am. Internal rooms are quiet. Breakfast was disappointing for the standard of hotel. Hams and pork products are one of Poland’s strengths but all the cold cuts were chicken and the only hot pork was an American style hotdog sausage. Bread didn’t seem fresh. Juices were longlife carton standard not freshly squeezed. Labelling of items was very poor. Butter and margarine were indistinguishable kilo blocks. There were no little pots to transfer the jams & marmalades into so you had to pool them on a serving plate. Plus it’s very expensive in comparison to what’s available in the nearby cafes, bars and restaurants. I requested a 4pm check out for 1 (of 8) people but was only allowed 2pm because they initially claimed the hotel was fully booked. When I showed them plenty of availability showing in all rooms they still insisted they wouldn’t be able to turn the rooms they needed around in time as they had 200+ arriving from 3pm. None arrived before 4p

Overall very nice, spacious rooms, kettle (not coffee pod machine - which is a plus! Great air con which was essential as very hot! Only issue we had was a lack of curtains / blinds - so was woken up at 4.15am every day when it got light. Only there for 2 nights so not a huge issue.

Hotel is showing its age. There was an event held in the lobby, created much inconveniences for the rest of guests. If you you don't have a proper event hall that does not impact all guests, don't have the event. The hotel is not memorable enough for the inconveniences. 4 star is too much for this hotel.

We had a great stay at Wyndham Wroclaw Old Town. Everything was really smooth - the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a brilliant location for exploring Old Town. The room was really big and the bathroom (& shower) were great. No complaints at all. Would happily stay again and give it 5 stars.

Two of my three nights were spent in a room facing the night club across the street. The provided ear plugs were no match for the deafening noise that continued until dawn. I was grateful to to move to a quiet courtyard facing room on the 3rd night but given the number of reviews about the noise and the hotel's treating these rooms as if they were the same as all others, this is the only place I would not stay again after a 3 month trip.
