Great hotel to stay when you’re performing Umrah. The speaker of the mosque is connected to your room. Was able to check in early at 1 PM, the staff are very friendly. Thank you very much, alhamdulillah for a wonderful stay.

Our family stayed in a quadruple room, which was large and comfortable for four. The two middle beds could accommodate two people, so it could accommodate four adults and two children. We stayed for four nights using two different vouchers. The check-in and extended stay process was fast and responsive. The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the Grand Mosque. Right in the courtyard of the King Abdul Aziz Gate (Tawaf). There is a very large mosque for men who follow the Imam of the Grand Mosque. This hotel's price is the lowest of all hotels within 300 meters. For those who choose this hotel because they want to always pray five times a day at the Grand Mosque, this is the best choice. For those who want to shop, it is also a great choice because below the hotel there are three floors of lower-middle-class shops and one floor of food court. For upper-middle-class shopping, just go next to the Zamzam Tower.

Room is very spacious. And the bathroom is marvelous! I love big bathrooms! I will definitely go back to this hotel again. Pleasant stay!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage from 11:00 AM after confirming our room, and then we went to the Grand Mosque. We then returned at check-in time at 4:00 PM. Room service was also very responsive; housekeeping arrived within 5 minutes of reporting or requesting something. Great job!

Have often stayed here every time I go to Mecca, because it is the closest access to the Grand Mosque, the staff is friendly, the food is complete and varied. Will stay here again for the next time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Masjidil Haram, which was very convenient. The room was very clean, neat, and comfortable, with a big smart TV that made relaxing easy after prayers. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options each morning. The staff, including housekeeping and security, were all very kind, helpful, and professional. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Al Kiswah Tower Hotel. The room was quite spacious, comfortable, and suitable for our family. The distance to Masjidil Haram can be reached on foot, and for guests’ convenience, the hotel also provides a free shuttle bus service. The reservation staff were friendly and very communicative, making the check-in process smooth and reassuring. The cleaning service and bell boys were always polite, helpful, and ready to assist whenever needed. I would like to give special appreciation to one staff member, Mr. Musa, who was exceptionally kind and enthusiastic in helping me as a wheelchair user. His support and positive attitude truly made a difference during our stay. It was the 3rd time we stayed at Double Tree Jabal Omar Makkah. The room was spacious and nice, and the staff were friendly, especially Mr. Ahmed El Sayed and Mr. Mehdi Hassan. They gave us special treatment during breakfast and tagged us as gold customers. Good location, nice room, friendly staff, and a good price as well—can't complain at all. In shaa Allah, it will not be our last time staying at this hotel.
