Very close to the Grand Mosque. The food court area has plenty of options. I think I'll stay here again with the kids if I perform Umrah again. Very comfortable, clean, and relaxing... :)

We had a very pleasant stay at Al Kiswah Tower Hotel. The room was quite spacious, comfortable, and suitable for our family. The distance to Masjidil Haram can be reached on foot, and for guests’ convenience, the hotel also provides a free shuttle bus service. The reservation staff were friendly and very communicative, making the check-in process smooth and reassuring. The cleaning service and bell boys were always polite, helpful, and ready to assist whenever needed. I would like to give special appreciation to one staff member, Mr. Musa, who was exceptionally kind and enthusiastic in helping me as a wheelchair user. His support and positive attitude truly made a difference during our stay. Thank you, Mr. Musa, and all the staff of Al Kiswah Tower 1, for always spreading positive energy and accompanying our family throughout our Umrah journey. We hope to meet again in the future. Great hotel to stay when you’re performing Umrah. The speaker of the mosque is connected to your room. Was able to check in early at 1 PM, the staff are very friendly. Thank you very much, alhamdulillah for a wonderful stay.

The hotel's location is close to the Grand Mosque. Access is very easy, whether on foot or by car or bus, via level 2. The rooms are very clean and the facilities are excellent. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The hotel service is also excellent.

The hotel is really nice, luxurious, the rooms are clean, the cleaning staff are friendly, there are lots of elevators and no queues, the view is also good, there are lots of restaurants in the tower.

Initially I ordered twin beds but got a free suite room upgrade, thank God. Thank you, the best Rotana, the distance to the Haram is also very close. When you get off at P4, you pass the mall. Food is also suitable for Indonesians. Overall, it's okay, the best 5 stars. Next time I go for Umrah, I'll be at Rotana again.

It was the 3rd time we stayed at Double Tree Jabal Omar Makkah. The room was spacious and nice, and the staff were friendly, especially Mr. Ahmed El Sayed and Mr. Mehdi Hassan. They gave us special treatment during breakfast and tagged us as gold customers. Good location, nice room, friendly staff, and a good price as well—can't complain at all. In shaa Allah, it will not be our last time staying at this hotel.
