I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Masjidil Haram, which was very convenient. The room was very clean, neat, and comfortable, with a big smart TV that made relaxing easy after prayers. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options each morning. The staff, including housekeeping and security, were all very kind, helpful, and professional. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

Initially I ordered twin beds but got a free suite room upgrade, thank God. Thank you, the best Rotana, the distance to the Haram is also very close. When you get off at P4, you pass the mall. Food is also suitable for Indonesians. Overall, it's okay, the best 5 stars. Next time I go for Umrah, I'll be at Rotana again.

It was the 3rd time we stayed at Double Tree Jabal Omar Makkah. The room was spacious and nice, and the staff were friendly, especially Mr. Ahmed El Sayed and Mr. Mehdi Hassan. They gave us special treatment during breakfast and tagged us as gold customers. Good location, nice room, friendly staff, and a good price as well—can't complain at all. In shaa Allah, it will not be our last time staying at this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at Al Kiswah Tower Hotel. The room was quite spacious, comfortable, and suitable for our family. The distance to Masjidil Haram can be reached on foot, and for guests’ convenience, the hotel also provides a free shuttle bus service. The reservation staff were friendly and very communicative, making the check-in process smooth and reassuring. The cleaning service and bell boys were always polite, helpful, and ready to assist whenever needed. I would like to give special appreciation to one staff member, Mr. Musa, who was exceptionally kind and enthusiastic in helping me as a wheelchair user. His support and positive attitude truly made a difference during our stay. Thank you, Mr. Musa, and all the staff of Al Kiswah Tower 1, for always spreading positive energy and accompanying our family throughout our Umrah journey. We hope to meet again in the future. Alhamdulillah when I checked in I got an upgrade to suites at no additional cost. A very comfortable, clean hotel, close to the Grand Mosque so it is comfortable to worship every day. Hopefully I can return to this hotel with my family. For food for breakfast, I hope Southeast Asian food can be added. The hotel is highly recommended for staying during Hajj or Umrah.
