Comfortable room but unfortunately a laundry bay right outside our room so it was very noisy with people going back and forward with big metal roll cages so didn't get much rest .

The shuttle service was a joke! The vehicle did not stop for even 10 seconds. 3 families had to walk to the airport. I had to call a taxi because of mobility issues. The expectation is that hotel fuests stand outside in the cold because the shuttle driverbwill not stop for even 30 seconds to see if guests are waiting at door. Staff requested the shuttle to return to no avail. My taxi cost me 15GBP

I am not very happy that I had to pay for this night and could not even stay there. I am on a business trip and asked if they could simply change that night to March 12 and the property refused to do so so I did not get to stay there and lost my money

During Check in the staff could not find my Expedia booking. It took more than 45 minutes to check in. They did upgrade my room for my wait but it was not a pleasant check in experience. The staff were not very good at keeping me informed of what the problem was

Easy to get to the 100 bus stop opposite for easy access from and to the city. Our room was not cleaned properly but the matter quickly dealt with room exchanged and vouchers and free breakfast to make up for it along with an apology. No complaints

We found the bed rather hard.
The bath/shower combination was not user friendly. Also the base of the bath was slippery and rather dangerous. Needs to be reviewed. Controls were also lacking definition and had to be set before entering.
Convenient but there are better options for an overnight stay at the Airport.
