Staff friendly and courteous. Nice room, beautiful bathroom with eco friendly containers of body wash, shampoo and body lotion.
A personal bug bare of mine is the oversized bath towels, totally not required. I use a hand towel, more than sufficient.

Room first of all had no towels had to wait nearly an hour for them
Room was freezing one small electric heater which had been switched off at the wall took all night to warm up the room even in the morning the room was cold
Also no heater in the bathroom whatsoever it was like a freezer in there
Rooms just seem tired & so does the hotel

This hotel is perfect location for airport travel. The room is comfortable. I tried calling the front desk, housekeeping and to get a wake up call but the calls were never answered. The shuttle is perfect to and from the airport and is much appreciated.
