The hotel is close to the train station and on the boulevard so every morning, very convenient to go for a morning stroll. The hotel also has a microwave and laundry facility (on the 8th floor). Our room had a balcony and the view of Lake Geneva was wonderful to wake up to or enjoy a morning coffee. Will stay here again if visiting Montreux.

Clean room, excellent views, fantastic breakfast, and wonderful stuff. Could not ask for a better location. We enjoyed the fitness room and yoga class as well.

Parking with a larger car was incredibly difficult as the garage has only one way in and out and the spots were so narrow that we couldn’t open the door to get out. It required a 3 point turn in the garage to get out. The manager was very nice and gave us an easier spot. Everything else was superior

The hotel did not bother to advise us in advance that due to the Montreux Jazz Festival we would not be able to park in their parking . The sheets were very poor quality . The view and location is excellent but that’s about it

Location, location, location. That’s really the saving grace for this property but everything else feels like they’ve been coasting for the last twenty years. Staff was fine, nothing standout. One nice touch was that minibar was included each day. Room did have AC. Room was basic, TV was mounted 15’ from bed and was about 22” model, definitely need an upgrade. Bidet didn’t work, shower/tub was older narrow claustrophobic size. Most egregious issue was Wi-Fi didn’t work, it would drop every minute or so for a few minutes. Tried both guest and seminar Sid’s, both had same issue. This is a real deal breaker for a 500CHF a night room.

The hotel is located at an excellent location on the shores of Lake Geneva. Rooms are large and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant was good. AC worked well in our room. Shower was a bit treacherous to enter and exit via the bathtub. Staff were excellent. A few notes for travelers... there is no pool on the property. Gym is very small and very warm. If you book during the jazz festival, music will keep you awake until 2:00 on the weekend and midnight during the weekdays.

Wonderful stay!!!! Highly recommend!!! Free drinks in fridge in room, laundry/microwave/ice machine on 8th floor, snacks/coffee/hot cocoa in lobby, A/C, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous view from balcony of lake and city. Will definitely stay here again if in Montreux.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. One of the best view of the lake and mountains we got right from our balcony. Our stay was pleasant and relaxing. Front desk remains busy and toilet is small those are the only two minor inconveniences.

The hotel is very impressive. It is a large 14 story structure, and our room on the seventh floor had an incredible view of Lake Geneva. The staff were most helpful, answering all of our questions and accommodating us with every request. The breakfast was delicious, had many, many options. We walked along Lake Geneva, all the way to the castle, which was truly a magical place. We also took a boat ride on the water. There is also a snack area that is open 24 hours in the lobby, including espresso, cold drinks, and popcorn!
