Good location, rooms are spacious, breakfast is also tasty.

All is good. I want to highlight the great laundry services, which they did ahead of time with excellent quality. One of the greatest points is when the laundry takes care of details such as replacing missing buttons. It is the result of detail and high-quality control. Thank you, surely Novotel is my first option because of this.

This was my third stay at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. The staff are always warm, friendly, and welcoming, making me feel at home every time I visit. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location is very convenient. The service has been consistently excellent throughout all my stays, which is why I keep coming back. Great location, trendy and fun hotel. A different concept they offer. I love the design at their lobby and the gym... So much fun at the lobby area. Room is compact and cute!

Love hotel location, amenities, and affordability. I am a regular client here. It’s good for family vacation. Nice pool and kids club. Easy access to BTS, Central World, Siam Paragon, and Lumpini Park! Most importantly, 7-11 is located just 10 meters away!

Staff were friendly. Everything is taken care of, and they really helped me in getting the best room.

Staff is always willing to help with parking, the front office, and the maid. The room is clean; a shower and shampoo have been selected nicely. Though the room is close to the road but there is no noise at all. There are tuk-tuk services to the BTS station, so there is no worry about walking through the alley.

Very impressive! Special thanks to Ms. Jam who assisted us along the stay, and all the staff were super helpful (we lost our bag in a taxi and hotel staff were trying their best to track and bring it back to us). We were very thankful, they really helped us a lot. Thank you so much ❤️
