Staff were friendly. Everything is taken care of, and they really helped me in getting the best room.

Staff is always willing to help with parking, the front office, and the maid. The room is clean; a shower and shampoo have been selected nicely. Though the room is close to the road but there is no noise at all. There are tuk-tuk services to the BTS station, so there is no worry about walking through the alley.

A truly lovely stay. From the smooth lounge check-in to the attentive service and great food, everything was well taken care of. The thoughtful birthday surprise made it even more special. Will definitely be back.

I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed with this hotel. The bedroom is fragrant, clean and very new. The four pillows are soft and make you sleep very comfortably. The TV is huge and you can watch Netflix until you don't want to go anywhere. The breakfast is very delicious and has a lot of variety. All the staff are well-mannered and polite. I highly recommend this UHG branch. I give it 10/10. I will go back to stay again.

The room is clean and tidy. Anyone who wants to get a visa to Mega, can recommend to walk straight away. From the accommodation, walk about 1 kilometer to the embassy on Rama 4 Road.

Spacious space with comprehensive facilities. The pool is big with the greeny outdoor scenery. The fitness club is fantastic. The breakfast is great.

Very clean. Bed is so comfortable. Had a washing machine & dryer. Balcony, 2 balcony with a building view in front and park view from my room balcony. Such a perfect stay for family. Definitely will stay here again when I go back to Bangkok.
