I booked a Grand Premium King room. It was quite spacious and very comfortable. Fully stocked with amenities, snacks, etc., and we got the welcome cake. Their hospitality was also very good, and the staff were really helpful.

We had an excellent stay at the Conrad. Great location and beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious and excellent amenities. We booked a Club room which included afternoon tea and evening drinks each day in a private dining area - highly recommend and well worth the money. We travelled in a group of 4 couples so this made it more socialable as we could meet and spend more time as a group. It also had the option to have breakfast in this smaller dining room rather than the main breakfast room and it felt much more exclusive and less busy. A wonderful stay and we will definitely be back when we next visit Bangkok!

The staff was overall incredible they were warm and fulfilled every need. However, when I booked this hotel I booked 2 adults and 1 child. I have an 18 year old daughter, 16 year old son and put both their ages in correctly. Upon arrival the hotel staff informed me the room only had 1 king bed and expected us to all share. This was outrageous considering both children are the size of fully grown adults. I booked it correctly but they made me pay an extra $100cad per night for an extra bed. If I didn’t pay the best they could do was 2 twin sized beds. Them bombarding me with this extra cost was outrageous considering I just got off a 15 hour flight, prepaid and booked everything correctly. They informed me that was all they could do and if I wanted a refund for my stay they could only contact Expedia and I would likely get a penalty fee for the late cancellation. Other than that our stay was great.

Family room - ok, just interconnected as expected (king + twin) Breakfast - sub-par, especially for vegetarians Rooms - dated, but common areas kept fine Service- had an issue. On check-in we were told we had the dining package. I asked them to confirm vegetarian options. We went out (with 3 kids), made changes to our plans to come back for dinner. Only when I messaged hotel (they didn't get back to us), to ask for vegetarian options, they simply said "Sorry, you don't have a dining package", and simply sent me an a la carte menu to look at for a restaurant that had maybe 1-2 vegetarian options (they didn't bother to even inquire). So definitely not 5-star (service), Aspiring 4-star (because rooms are dated). Just pay the premium and go to FourSeasons instead.

Hotellilla on erittäin hyvin koulutettu ja palvelualtis henkilökunta. He ovat todella avuiliaita ja haluavat, että asiakkalla on kaikki hyvin. Olen yöpynyt Bangkokissa noin 30 kertaa, joten referenssiä on jonkin verran kertynyt. Ainoa miinus oli hotellihuoneiden ovien sulkeutumisesta kuuluva kova ääni, jotka kuuluivat huoneeseen häiritsevästi. Mainitsin tästä henkilökunnalle ja he suhtautuivat ongelmaan vakavasti ja tekivät minkä pystyivät. En edellisellä vierailulla kiinnittänyt tähän huomiota, tosin olin silloin majoittunut remontoituun ylemmän kerroksen huoneeseen. Nyt olin 16. kerroksen standard -huoneessa. Mielestäni viiden tähden tasokkaassa hotellissa ei saisi tällaista häiritsevää ääntä huoneisiin kuulua. Muuten ei moitittavaa. Kyseessä on tasokas hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla.
