One word: outstanding! Great landscape, hi-end facilities, getaway much needed in the town, amazing services. I love the bike of this hotel.

It's a very nice hotel with the infinity pool on the 25th floor. And I love Japanese breakfast. The location is great for shopping as Central Embassy Mall is just across the street. There are high-end stores, great restaurants and the mouth-watering food court.

Awesome room with super great staff service and warmth. Thank you so much for Ms Prissy and Tanita who helped me during the check in process and check out. They are going extra mile to make me stay comfortable! The room is spacious and the location is super strategic! Awesome place to stay! Definitely will stay here for next trips in Bangkok.

The hotel service was excellent. Food were excellent. Swimming pool was big. It is good for family gateway.

The room was great, clean, and the air conditioner worked really well. The location is nice, near to Siam area (place to go shopping etc). The staffs were really helpfull and super nice! Would definitely stay here again if we came to Bangkok!

Nothing bad came from this hotel. Location is perfect, near to the MRT. The room quality is also superb. Food taste great as well. really good quality as expected from Novotel, really satisfied with this hotel.

Came about past midnight but still the reception staff welcome our arrival with big smile. Check-in was smooth. And accomodate my needs even though already past midnight. Service is top-notch! Hotel room is awe! Bed are comfy, great layout, fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofa, spacious rooms, modern toilet, and all the amenities you need is there. Location is quiet within 10 minutes-ish walking distance from chidlom central dept store and chidlom bts. They provide free tuk tuk shuttle from the hotel to the nearest bts. 7/11 minimart and street food is nearby. And there’s nice cafe sits next to the hotel. Definitely will stay at this hotel again next time my trip to Bangkok.

Perfect location if you come to All Seasons Place. The hotel is right across the street, in Soi Ruamrudee. Many nice restaurants around as well as 7-11. Very cozy and tasteful room. Friendly and helpful staff.
