Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach

The property was beautiful and I felt comfortable in my room. The staff were exceptional and did everything to make my stay amazing. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Probably worth $100. I paid 400. Will never stay. Kids had a good time with activities but am sure most hotels offer that in a resort

Had a beautiful stay at the Marriot Merlin beach resort, good view of the ocean, lots of activities to do within the resort, it’s a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of Patong beach so you can get the peace and quiet. Highly recommended.

- During the check in the manager told us that we need to pay extra for the kids. (we already paid all inclusive for 2 adults and 2 kid). - During our stay on Saturday while relaxing at the pool around 3PM they decided to cut the grass and make lot of notice for 1-2 hours, we are in vacation to relax not to hear lawn mowers. - We paid extra for room with Pool view, to get a room with the view at the construction site ( one of the restaurant were updated), because when you book a room this is what you want, also sending a sorry note that make up for ruing your vacation or for charging for a pool view room and not delivering. - On a 5 night vacation we got every day a sorry note in the room about different noise that were to happen. - Restaurant empty, no reservation they told us they can accommodate us in 2 hours. The restaurant was empty. - The all inclusive is verry strange and make your clients uncomfortable when you always need to sign receipts not knowing is the item is covered or not by your all inclusive package. - 5 start hotel were the entertainment was 0 (just a couple of activities like the pool foam party) - for two days hotel employees the grind and make noise at the kids pool to install a gate that they end up not installing, again noise and more noise because this is what you need in your vacation when trying to relax - noise.

Fantastic pool options, adults, families And swim up bar. Probably the best kids activities in phuket. Kids club, menus, slides and pool.

Good hotel great food and polite staff

We returned to the Phuket Marriot for the second time. It was just as good as the first. Amazing facilities and friendly staff. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the cleaning staff were excellent. It would have been nice to know in advance that there was a large corporate event planned for the week. The closure of certain parts of the resort including restaurants and certain areas was a little annoying.

Overall, a great place to stay and definitely recommended for families and travelers looking for comfort and good service. This property offers a peaceful and comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious, neat, and well organized. The staff is very cooperative and always ready to help. The pool area is a great highlight and very hygienic. One of the best parts of this property is the big, well-kept swimming pool.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable pools were clean and great services close to all amenities within the hotel.

I travel very often and stay at merlin beach marriott, this time there was no stand for fresh fruit where we can pick and ask for the fruit to be sliced, the stand was much smaller and prepared fruit already, so that was disappointing, also the marriott is very busy so its bo longer as peaceful as it was in the in the past, lots of functions, the beach is not peaceful either, they have jet ski companies now , and its very noisy with tour operators, I dont think I'll stay there moving forward, also its the first time I see insects in my room
