Amazing hotel with great staff and room service. Good location and the rooms and hotel smell really good.

Staff was friendly with mind of servicing. View at Pool and room was still the major reason that I choose this hotel. You can see minor wear and tear in the room due to the age, but I was satisfied with the price.

I recently stayed for 5 nights at SO/Bangkok and had a fantastic overall experience. The views from the room overlooking Lumphini Park and the city skyline were absolutely stunning — waking up to that every day was a highlight of the trip. The pool area is beautiful, with an amazing atmosphere and incredible views that make it hard to leave. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and quality that set a perfect tone for the day. A special mention goes to the staff, especially at the Club Lounge. The service there was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They really went above and beyond to make the stay feel special and comfortable. That said, one area that could use improvement is the condition of the rooms. While still comfortable, there are noticeable signs of wear and tear that you wouldn’t quite expect from a 5-star hotel. With a bit more maintenance and upkeep, the experience could easily match the high standard set by the service and facilities. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its views, service, and amenities, and I would happily return.

This hotel is AMAZING! Not only was the room huge. Beautiful bath tub with city view. Doors that close within the space so you can have a separate "living room." The staff was super kind and helpful. Arranged an excursion for us. Pool is awesome with city views. Rooftop bar with cool dj. Nothing bad to stay; would definitely stay here again.

Was a lovely stay! Room was nice and spacious. Only down side was the spa and fitness center was closed our whole stay. Would have been good to know prior. Other than that was super happy with everything they had to offer. Views were amazing. Transportation was easy to access. Food was stellar. Can’t recommend more, excited to go back when the spa and fitness is finished with renovations.

Flash hotel but maybe not as great as it thinks it is? Pool area is small and while it does have a great view over Lumphini Park it isn’t really an area to relax and swim. Adding service charge to a breakfast buffet is a bit much I think. Highlights are the view (try to get a Parkside room) and the rooftop bar.

The rooftop bar was nice. The evening pool view and service was amazing! I felt that the room was not cleaned well. Housekeeping didn’t take out trash (old food included), did not leave enough towels, didn’t mop the floors (I know this for a fact because I wasted something on the floor and wiped it up but realized I didn’t get it all & it was there for two nights), didn’t take dirty towels out the shower that were left on the floor, and the beds extremely hard. I would absolutely not stay at that hotel again. It is not a 4/5 star hotel. I would rate it as no higher than a three star hotel. It was not a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at SO/. The property is close to the MRT and One Bangkok complex. The room was pretty comfortable. The restaurants were expensive. Recommendations for the property. Put some AC in the lobby restrooms and in the elevators. No need to make guests sweat.
