Perfect and Excellent Hotel. Good location.

Hotel is in the convenient location. Some parts of the hotel is quiet old and looks like it needed some renovation.

It was a great stay location is great the only downside of the hotel for me was the elevators

Clean hotel, spacious, friendly staff. The only downside was it rained one night and knocked out power (which is out of the hotels control), we lost electricity for about 40 minutes.

Great room designed with different themes. Ground staff have good services. I’m very attached to the pool and gym throughout my stay. Convenient location to access to many places.

We had a very good time on the hotel. We had to go to the Danish ambassade and it was only 10 min walk away.

So beautiful place. Nice staff. Very clean room and comfortable. Beautiful green large park in front our our room. Definitely return if possible:)

Perfect location, the staff was amazing, the room was beautiful, we’ll be back!

I feel that the hotel is slightly dated and some of the room walls had cracks or chips, the buttons were not working entirely (curtain blinds could not close fully)

The rooms were spacious, cute and aesthetically pleasing. The pool had an amazing view and the staff was very nice. I would recommend my friends to stay here if they ever visited Thailand.

Staff was friendly with mind of servicing. View at Pool and room was still the major reason that I choose this hotel. You can see minor wear and tear in the room due to the age, but I was satisfied with the price.

Very accommodating hotel, good breakfast buffet as well, highly recommended.

定番の羽田発０時すぎ便早朝ホテルタッチで６時半に荷物預けてフロント手続だけ済ませて外の朝ビュッフェ＋まったり版スパして戻ってお部屋へ入りました。ここ何年かの日系Hを昔の雑誌Cに載ってた当H初。暑季もあり、連休期３泊ノンアクティブの概ねごろごろ。で、１．お部屋からの景色と部屋内装遊び心満喫、２．公園廻り歩きとふたつの大型ショッピングモール遊び少し、３．酒メシ、だいぶすごく楽しかったです。１．EARTHのブルーでワニとか動物絵柄超いい・ベッド他から朝昼夜ず～っと断続的に公園見てた飽きない（写真は６AM）、２．朝公園一周散歩＋ふたつは近いです、３．定番のプルンチット廻りへ歩いて行ったりMRT/BTS経由もま近い＋セントラルPで新規、MRTルンピニ駅はHから５分だけど例のでかい横断歩道渡ります・安全ですが気を付けて。MRTルンピニ駅はH近の出口番号覚えるといいかも。Hはスタッフ＆メンテ・風呂やらの作り・掃除等秀逸で泊まってみるとわかります。木の床気持ちよくて最後裸足で歩いてた。おおまかなお泊りがすごくフィットしたとゆうのがうれしかったです。

室外泳池 服务人员感觉不够多

I recently stayed for 5 nights at SO/Bangkok and had a fantastic overall experience. The views from the room overlooking Lumphini Park and the city skyline were absolutely stunning — waking up to that every day was a highlight of the trip. The pool area is beautiful, with an amazing atmosphere and incredible views that make it hard to leave. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and quality that set a perfect tone for the day. A special mention goes to the staff, especially at the Club Lounge. The service there was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They really went above and beyond to make the stay feel special and comfortable. That said, one area that could use improvement is the condition of the rooms. While still comfortable, there are noticeable signs of wear and tear that you wouldn’t quite expect from a 5-star hotel. With a bit more maintenance and upkeep, the experience could easily match the high standard set by the service and facilities. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its views, service, and amenities, and I would happily return.
