Amazing check in. Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff.

Loved the days we spent at the hotel. Exellent servoc from start to end. Fast cleanup. Good food, just missed some joghurt options and sandwich toppings. Too cold hot tub that was the downside.

ルンピニ公園を眼下に見る２７階の角部屋にアップグレードしていただき、四日間の滞在で、心がゆったりと過ごせました。部屋も綺麗で、浴槽が広く、また、スタッフの皆様の心遣いも良くて快適な環境を提供していただきました。

公園とスカイラインを望むプールからの眺めは最高でしら。 しかしプールの水温が低い為、プールの中に入れなかったです。。温水プールに変えて欲しいです。。他の利用者も困っていました。

Nice and stylish hotel

Breakfast at SO/ Bangkok was an excellent way to start the day. The menu offered a wide variety of options, blending international classics with Thai flavors. From fresh tropical fruits, pastries, and eggs made to order, to local dishes and healthy choices, everything was well presented and consistently fresh. The quality of ingredients really stood out, especially the coffee and hot dishes. The location of the breakfast area adds to the experience, with a stylish, modern design and plenty of natural light. It feels calm yet vibrant, making it ideal whether you’re easing into the morning or preparing for a full day exploring Bangkok. What truly elevated the experience was the service. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, always quick to clear plates or offer assistance. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome—smiles, polite greetings, and a willingness to accommodate requests made a noticeable difference. Overall, breakfast at SO/ Bangkok combines great food, a beautiful setting, and outstanding service, setting a high standard for hotel dining in the city.

The room was amazing! Very comfortable! The staff was beyond kind and helpful! The location was close to the MRT and BTS. This place is a must stay!

I couldn't sleep for 2 nights because of the street noise. The hotel is in the corner of 2 major roads and the double glazing is very poor. Tried 3 different rooms but same result. All signature rooms are facing the park but between the park and the hotel there's a highway. After 2 nights I gave up and asked for a refund. The hotel won't refund the remaining nights blaming hotels.com which in return is blaming the hotel for not accepting to refund.

Great staff and breakfast

The tall and thin guy at the reception who checked me in was sweet and polite. The hotel should refurbish as the upkeep is worn out considering the price per night. The shower pressure and hot water is inconsistent. Sofas shouldn’t be stained. Materials used in the interior should be upgraded to maintain the hotel brand reputation.

Convenient location with park, shopping, entertainment nearby. Rooms have a good layout, follow an original design concept, but show signs of wear and tear, in need of some investment. The employees make the difference: always friendly, supportive and offering great service.

The associates are so friendly and helpful. The hotel was great, and they made it a perfect stay.
