SO/ Bangkok

Ini adalah hotel yang luar biasa. Saya sangat suka layanan di SO Sofitel. Ketika saya tiba bell boy membantu saya dengan barang bawaan saya dan membawa saya ke level 9 untuk check in. Kemudian resepsionis mendekati saya untuk check in, welcome drink sungguh enak. Segala sesuatu di SO Sofitel sangat bagus. Saya akan kembali untuk liburan berikutnya.

I recently stayed for 5 nights at SO/Bangkok and had a fantastic overall experience. The views from the room overlooking Lumphini Park and the city skyline were absolutely stunning — waking up to that every day was a highlight of the trip. The pool area is beautiful, with an amazing atmosphere and incredible views that make it hard to leave. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and quality that set a perfect tone for the day. A special mention goes to the staff, especially at the Club Lounge. The service there was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They really went above and beyond to make the stay feel special and comfortable. That said, one area that could use improvement is the condition of the rooms. While still comfortable, there are noticeable signs of wear and tear that you wouldn’t quite expect from a 5-star hotel. With a bit more maintenance and upkeep, the experience could easily match the high standard set by the service and facilities. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its views, service, and amenities, and I would happily return.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. A special mention to the staff, who were exceptionally kind and attentive. I will definitely return to SO/ Hotel for my next trip to Bangkok.

This hotel is AMAZING! Not only was the room huge. Beautiful bath tub with city view. Doors that close within the space so you can have a separate "living room." The staff was super kind and helpful. Arranged an excursion for us. Pool is awesome with city views. Rooftop bar with cool dj. Nothing bad to stay; would definitely stay here again.
