The staff were excellent. Emir was beyond helpful and we really appreciated the customer service he gave us throughout the stay. He went above and beyond to help us.
The only complaint is the condition of the bathrooms. It needs to be updated.
Overall excellent stay and all the staff were incredible. We highly recommend!!

Very quiet hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Close to attractions if you are feeling adventurous the local transport system in close by, it can be confusing but there are plenty of people around that will help you, they wear blue shirts and work free for the local area.

I specifically choosen this hotel because of the great Hamam, came to find out Hamam wasn't working. We have no water, apparently it's a common issue in Turkey. Hotel didn't have paid TV services and we were unable to watch Futbol ⚽ Breakfast was not so good but staff was friendly.At the end of the day,I do not recommend this hotel where we stayed for 4 nights in 2 rooms,it was overpriced and amenities were very very outdated and gym was tiny.

Hotel room very nice but bed pillows much too hard. Big pillows but I needed soft pliable pillows. Also they don't supply tissues in room. But great breakfast restaurant free with a view of the city. Also very close to shops and train. Very clean and nice location. Service people very nice and helpful.

Great view from the rooftop restaurant so get breakfast included although the breakfast options are very minimal. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My issues were uncomfortable pillows, the rooms aren't very sound proof and the things like the TV Channels weren't working so couldn't watch the world cup, also the shower head needed changing and it was dusty in some places (vents, telephone wires etc) but overall for the price I paid it was good.

It is a good hotel with very friendly staff and a wonderful view of all of Istanbul, but there is a downside: the towels provided were terrible—old and full of holes. I thought it was just a one-off, but they brought old, tattered towels every day. If that isn't an issue for you, then I recommend this hotel.

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Istanbul, this is it! 🕌✨
The views of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are unreal, the rooms are super modern (with amazing A/C!), and the free breakfast on the top floor overlooking the water is spectacular. But what really sets this place apart is the people. Everyone was so nice, especially Erkem from bell service. He was a absolute lifesaver, being incredibly helpful and even bringing me ice to help me heal after my hair surgery. 10/10 experience!
