I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arcadia Blue and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. A special thank you to Emir, who was incredibly helpful in guiding us with transportation around the city—his advice made getting around Istanbul so much easier. Furkan was also fantastic, assisting us with our baggage promptly and with a smile. Barthan kindly helped us with our room and made sure everything was comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh options each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, all the staff members were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made our experience memorable.

Went for the first time to Istanbul. This hotel is located in the best place walking distance to all the sight theme possible easy access to the train and bus stops restaurants bakeries everything is accessible.. Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Everything in order organized breakfast. Complementary breakfast was the best. Loved it. Very nice friendly staff. I highly recommend it. It’s in the center of everything..

We stayed at this hotel in 2023 and had a much better experience than this time. During our recent 10-night stay, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. The floors were dirty and were not cleaned even once during our stay, and the rooms had noticeable stains. A lot seems to have changed since 2023, unfortunately not for the better. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the breakfast buffet manager was quite rude—not directly to us, but we overheard him speaking harshly, saying he “only has two hands” and showing attitude toward guests. The location is great, which is a big plus. Still, due to the cleanliness issues and overall decline in service, we would not choose to stay here again.

This should be categorized as a three star hotel, at best! The rooms are small, wall paper is coming off and the bathroom stinks! Wouldn’t recommend at all. The beat was the staff that was very accommodating and moved us into a room that was slightly better.

The location is superb. The restaurant has an unparalleled view of the Blue Mosque which makes you want to linger a bit longer at breakfast and dinner to take in the view. The bathroom had a strong sewer smell which when I brought it to the front desks attention apologized and said due to the old pipes - and the direction of the wind - can be an issue. They immediately dispatched someone to pour some drano down the drains to tamp it down.
