I like this hotel a lot. Easy to find, and only a short walk away to Hoan Kiem Lake and Old Quarter. Also near to airport shuttle, you just need 5 minutes ride. The room itself is quite spacious and they clean it everyday. The bathroom is also spacious and very clean. They have menu options for breakfast and made to order. Overall, this is a very nice hotel. And it is very suitable for light sleeper as the surrounding is not noisy. Check in and check out are also fast. Very recommended hotel !

The younger staffs at front desk were ok. The a little bit older staffs was impolite when around after lunch on Thursday 5 Jun I returned and asked him that I had connected bookings, wether I needed to extend my room keys. He was impolite. He gave me back the key by one hand & was looking at his screen instead of his customer. I felt disrespectful. No matter I am a young lady look, however I was still his customer's. I felt disappointed being disrespected by him. I didn't really feel the "hospitality". Public attendant was nosy, she was talking casually to my mother which is very local behavior. Buffet breakfast was disappointed as well. No need many dishes but they should focus on the quality consistency. Hotel is old. I won't return.

if you looking for a quite place to stay. yes! there is nothing to enjoy room is old not like photo, they gave me a room on 5th floors without lift. I want to cancel. then they move to other room look poor. I am easy just a place to stay. please tell customer that you do not have lift and show them the real photo of the room.

Room is dirty, all equipments is very old. TV can't function as well.

It 's a decent hotel. They have almost all of the essentials in the hotel for you to use. Overall, I would rate this as a 3.5 stars. The room was kept clean.

I'm impressed and feel comfortable with the cozy and modern interior, on top of that very friendly staff making my business trip to Hanoi is quite pleasant. Best option in town and would always be my first choice. Thank you

Not cleaning; Breakfast bad; Shower in the room I stayed 814 - water hot and cold not stable
