I had an enjoyable time at citizenm hotel and I have to admit that this is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! All the staffs are super friendly and a special mention to the lady at the front desk, Blessing, who has been really helpful during my trip! From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and I wish I could have stayed longer. The room is absolutely gorgeous and magical due to the fact you can set different moods and ambiance through the iPad! I would definitely come back here again and highly recommend this place to all!

I had a good time staying in this hotel. This is actually an apartment type but the room is large. It has a kitchen with microwave, electric water kettle, freezer, and electric stove. The bed is nice and clean. The most thing I like and recommend this hotel is its location. It only 15 meters from the train station (Reuilly-Diderot) and there is a lot of cafe and restaurant near this hotel. So it's really helpful for me and my wife when we arrived at this hotel at night and still able to have our dinner. And the staff was also helpful when we asked about our bus station and place to buy a souvenir. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures but it's recommended.

The location is superb - just a few steps from Train station and Metro. Room is clean and quiet - good for rest. Luggage can be deposited in the locker at the hotel with the charge of Eur 8 for big size (2 of 30’’ luggages). However, the reception (when we checked-in) was not nice, not friendly and not even in service mood.

Room was very basic and we got assigned a handicapped room. We didn't like the experience and it's our first time in paris. Toilet rolls are not refilled even though we stayed for 3 nights and have to call housekeeping. No room slippers provided and need to pay 15 euro for one. No kettle in the room as well. Expected more from a novotel branding.

I stayed in the summer, there was no air conditioning, a rich sauna taste. Electric plug only. 2. The point is really hard. okay location, front of the hotel directly metro access.

They said I'm not enough paid cos 64.94€ only. I paid with app 70.35€. It's real time, not delay. 1 stay 3 night more, they gave me @ 70 / night. I think same price when I ask about 64.94€, He was angry and throwing my 2 bag to the street. 1 big luggage. 1 small luggage still open, cos I just took money 210€ from small luggage for them. 3 night more He didn't answer about WHY 64.94€. He just said about tax. If he didn't understand my question , why should angry. I think owner hotel shouldn't hire old crazy man. I stay in this hotel since 2016. I never have problem in this hotel. I already booked since October, but when I came, the officer in holiday and forgot to book. That's why I order in app 1 night first cos I came around 9.30- 10 pm. I'm tired. Need rest. Thx
