Booked this property last minute. Room was OK but the curtain was a bit problem. The towel need to change since I got the one with a hole. Overall OK.

Stayed for 4 nights, wifi was not functioning the first two days, complained to hotel staffs, they offered me to upgrade the room but with extra charge. I mean, what? Finally at 3rd day, hotel bought a new modem, internet connection was not an issue for the last 2 days. Ants in the room, charge me for towel (70rb per day, I think they should've informed me in advance), hot water not functioning properly for 2 days.

Good place for transit, sufficient parking lane, clean enough room for rest.

Happy stay in Bromo Permai Hotel. Very good location. Great view and huge room. Comfortable and clean.

We really like the location. It has the best view among other hotels. We spend most of the time outdoor enjoying the scenery especially during early morning and sunset. Room condition is basic with hot shower, toilet is clean, television reception is quite OK and they provide thick blankets too. Breakfast is simple but it is good enough. The staff are friendly too.
