－Activating Your SIM Card－

・Insert your SIM Card after arriving in Hong Kong. Please refer to the following steps if SIM card is not activated:

1. Insert SIM card. For dual SIM, please clear the second SIM card slot and insert SIM card in the first slot
2. Turn on data roaming
3. Change the APN settings if your device is not connected

・APN Settings
- iOS:
1. Settings - Mobile Data - Turn on Data Roaming
2. Settings - Mobile Data Network - Set Name as "clubsim" and set Access Point Name(APN) as "mobile" in Settings

- Android:
Settings - More Networks - Mobile Networks - Access Point Names - Set Name as "clubsim" and set Access Point Name(APN) as "mobile"
