First of all, the staff at the reception seemed a bit rude, spoke little (explaining) even though we had been informed that this was the first time, even though there was a lot of paid add-on stuff that had to be added which we didn't understand. but the staff in the ice skating area were very helpful. Luckily I bought the ticket via Traveloka and the price wasn't too expensive, so it was still worth it.
