What You'll Experience
The hike to the top of Mount Batur starts from the starting point Serongga which takes around 60 to 90 minutes depending on your fitness level. A RELATIVELY EASY hiking trail where you can rest several times at several points
- After being on board the guide will prepare breakfast and hot drinks, while resting and enjoying the beautiful scenery from above, such as the view:
- Lake Batur
- Sunrise
- Mount Rinjani on the island of Lombok if you look east
- sometimes there are clouds stretching below and you feel as if you are flying above the clouds
- There is also a beautiful crater, cute monkeys and black lava from previous eruptions.

05:30-07:00 Enjoy the beautiful view from the top and capture pictures or videos

07:00-07:30 Breakfast on the mountain top

07:30-09:00 Go back down to the starting point/parking
•
09:00-11:30 Travel back to the hotel, and you will be taken to visit a coffee plantation (and try civet coffee)

The owner and guide are very nice and friendly, I brought my son and nephew, the guide is very patient, knowing that my son is a first timer in climbing. We really had an amazing experience. Thank you to komang and pak ketut. Highly recommend them ❤️

Start at 4 am from parking about 2 hours to the top, great views and we wait for sunrise, safe for family and kids, with water and a simple breakfast with coffee or tea provided. Back to the parking at 8 am. Great hiked with Experience Guide 👍. Thank you!
