I live in Jakarta and happen to want to try Waterboom in Kuningan while on holiday. The existing regulations are too rigid, enforcing that you are not allowed to bring food or drink, you are also not allowed to bring water in a tambler. buy water in the packaging which doesn't match the price and is expensive, buy food in the food and you can't choose, none of it is delicious. Many native people here are reluctant to come here because of these regulations, especially village people. In big cities, the Waterboom is bigger, the place is more comfortable, clean and well maintained. not that stiff. the rides are okay, they vary, the cleanliness is lacking, the rinse room is dirty and smelly, hopefully this can be improved in the future

this is my third time visiting Sangkan waterpark ... but unfortunately the situation is not like the first time I visited ... ticket prices have gone up but not worth it. cleanliness is not paid attention to. the gazebo rental price is too expensive. the mini zoo is not maintained... the toilet facilities are not clean. please update again. what guests expect expensive ticket prices should be supported by good facilities...
