the staff at the location are very friendly and very helpful in exchanging tickets, entering the tourist area also gets a lot of facilities to make it easier for us to get around the mini park area

The process is very easy, just scan the barcode of the ticket that has been purchased at traveloka. Now TMII is also better and more developed, it is okay to invite family or tourists who are visiting Indonesia.
