"A high standard of excellence and a low barrier of entry." A new restaurant in Ebisu has opened as the third location of “Sushi Rizaki,” a Shibuya hotspot that is always fully booked. 

The chef, Mr. Shiotani, aims to make sushi affordable and accessible for young customers to break the stereotype of sushi restaurants as being too high-end and unwelcoming. However, in order to satisfy even the most discerning sushi connoisseurs, we purchase our sushi from the same supplier as the main restaurant, We are proud to offer the same high quality sushi as the main restaurant. 

The restaurant, with black as its base color and dimmed lighting, has a relaxed atmosphere with an eye-catching single-paneled wooden counter (10 seats).
