－What You Can Expect－

Make your way from Umeda, Osaka to Wakayama Marina City. Head to Kuroshio Market and gaze in awe as a giant tuna is skillfully cut right in front of you.

Learn how each part is used for cooking. Taste a wide variety of seafood, from tuna sashimi to crabs. Wakayama is known as Japan’s top producer of fruit since the Edo period.

Experience strawberry picking and plum wine tasting, one of their local specialties. Relish the sweet and sour flavors from these tasty fruits.

Finally, drop by Sandanbeki cliffs, a two kilometer stretch of coastline rising 50 meters above sea level. Marvel at the view of the magnificent ocean and rock faces.
