- If your booking is confirmed, no further reconfirmation is needed. If there is a change in pick-up time, the tour operator will contact you one day before the tour starts.<br>- If you will be picked up at your hotel, please input your hotel name and room number along with other important information to the Special Requests field before payment.<br>- You must be ready for pickup at the scheduled pickup time and location. If you are not ready for pickup at the selected time and location, you will be left behind and your booking will be considered void.<br>- During pickup, show your valid Traveloka voucher (not your proof of payment or invoice) on your mobile phone to the tour operator.

- Tour may be cancelled due to weather and enviromental conditions. e.g: heavy rain, swelled up river due to high water volume. Guests are required to adhere to the advise of the guides.

Reservation Policy

*Cancellation policy may vary, depending on the voucher type you book.

- Average fitness level is required: Able to walk, run or jog for at least 2 hours or climb up 5 floors of stairs - struggles with any one of these but without throwing up or fainting.<br>- Scrambling with increased exposure. A rope can be carried but is usually not required.<br>- All complaints must be notified to the management immediately so that an on-the-spot investigation can be made if necessary and remedial action taken if required. In no circumstances will any complaint be accepted if raised after your activity has ended.<br>- It is the responsibility of each individual to act responsibly and safely in respect of their own safety and that of others. Open Sky Unlimited operates with a high level of health and safety management in place. However, as with all activities, outdoor and adventurous activities carry an inherent risk and can result in injury, permanent disability or even loss of life.<br>- Participants/Parents/Guardians are presumed to be aware of and accept the inherent risks involved. Open Sky Unlimited, its Directors and staff, will not accept liability for personal injury or loss or damage of property sustained by participants. The management strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance.<br>- For water based activities you must be water confident (You do not have to be able to swim, however must be comfortable in the water. Canyoning does require the ability to swim 50 metres) You must notify Open Sky Unlimited when booking of any illnesses, injuries or medical conditions which may require special attention or could have personal health and safety implications. Open Sky Unlimited cannot be held responsible for any implications arising from the absence of such a disclosure.<br>- Availability of Trip/s and Accommodation Availability of trip/s and type of accommodation are limited and must be checked at the time of booking.<br>- Open Sky Unlimited reserves the right to change the stated trip/s at any time if this should prove necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
