Using Sindo Very has been incredibly enjoyable. One of the most satisfying things about it was that when I needed to reschedule my departure from Singapore to Batam, the ticketing department was very friendly and the process was very quick. So, even though I had to travel back and forth between Batam and Singapore in one day, my entire trip with Sindo Very went smoothly. Thank you, Very Sindo.

I suddenly went from Jakarta to Singapore, but I didn't have a return ticket to Batam from Singapore. Buying a one-way ticket is very expensive. But I found Sindo, and the ticket wasn't that expensive. I was so happy, thank you, Sindo.

The purchase process is very easy with a variety of payment options. Upon departure, simply show the voucher to the Sindo Ferry staff to be printed and used for check-in at Harbour Front Singapore. The ferry service is excellent and very punctual. Good job on the app collaboration with Sindo Ferry. It's incredibly helpful, and I got a promotional price that's cheaper than the counter price.
