09:00-10:00 Arrive at Tham Luang Mae-Sap cave (ถ้ำหลวงแม่สาบ) in Khun Khan National Park (อุทยานแห่งชาติขุนขาน) located at Ban Mae-Sap, Samoeng district.
Tham Luang Mae-Sap, it is a limestone dry cave with stalagmites, stalactites, stone pillars, flowing water stones, The highlight is the limestone in the main chamber with alternating gray, white and yellow stripes which caused by different chemical compositions in the rock resulting in beautiful and unusual colored stripes. That’s why it calls “Rainbow Cave”. And just a few step from Rainbow cave, there has an emerald cave.
