Uiii, we are from the countryside and just came to Hanoi to visit so we didn't know the place, got lost and missed the trip, luckily we met Ms. Nhung, a super enthusiastic and cute tour guide and Mr. Nguyen, a funny and extremely hospitable driver. The experience was worth the money, if we have the chance we will come back a second time. See you again🫶🏻 Love Hanoi.

I booked a ticket through TL, saw the schedule of the night tour, the first trip would start at 6pm, I took the opportunity to exchange the paper ticket at 4.45pm, and the staff at the ticket counter asked me to stay and wait for another 5 minutes for the bus, but my team did not have enough people and partly because we decided to leave at 6pm. I called the guests and other people in the team but still could not make it, so I agreed to wait another 1:30 for the 6.30pm bus, which the staff said was the earliest available bus for my group. We accepted to wait for the sun and rain just to wait 60 minutes to go around the city, but after 6.30pm the bus arrived and I was put on the bus but they said there were no seats, after a while our group got off and waited until 7:50pm for the next bus. Well, everything continued when we got on the bus, the wind blew and it rained very, very hard, we tried to sit on the 2nd floor for about 10 minutes then had to go downstairs because the rain was too heavy. The plus point is that the support staff on the car is very enthusiastic and friendly. We went around the city, the total time was about 45-50 minutes instead of 70-80 minutes as informed, the car dropped us off at the lakeside in the pouring rain even though it asked us if we wanted to stop at the lakeside as the starting point or the cathedral, we chose the cathedral and booked a car there so that when we got off there would be a car to pick us up but the car dropped us off next to the Marriot hotel, and then we had to walk in the rain to near the new HN newspaper because the taxi driver didn't know where we were standing. It was really an experience of spending money to buy something annoying. What I found the funniest was that the advertisement said there was a trip every 30 minutes but customers had to wait for nearly 2 hours even though they had informed us in advance, why is that shop???

The tour itinerary is still monotonous and not explained even though there are many foreign guests, the tour price is 150k, takes about 40 minutes at a very fast speed, not enough time to see and enjoy the view

I bought a ticket on a rainy day so I postponed it to the next day, but the tour still allowed me to change my ticket to the next day. The car was clean, the first car had a cold compartment and an outdoor compartment, very reasonable. The tour introduced the car wherever I went. It was just a pity that I got to visit a few places. Hehe.

Tickets are easily exchanged and you are given a conical hat if it is hot and a headset to listen to the explanation of the history of Hanoi.

The staff was very helpful, ticket exchange was easy. Since we boarded at 3:45 p.m. and it was still hot, we were given a caping hat. We were also given earphones to listen to the audio guide. There are various languages available.

The view on the double-decker bus will be more comprehensive and beautiful than experiencing it yourself by motorbike, however, focusing on taking photos will make you feel sick, and you won't be able to stay and check in with the locations. I went on the weekend and couldn't go to Hoan Kiem Lake. There are 2 double-decker bus companies, so when buying tickets, read the company carefully. In general, if you haven't been, you can try the experience, but if you have to go again, I probably won't go again.
