Unwind at the KOBI Osen Spa, which offers more than just beauty treatments. The therapeutic services help to promote relaxation, detoxification, and balance of physical and mental energies. The are many outstanding therapeutic spa methods offered for you to choose from.

1. Onsen bath includes:

Indoor bathing pools (4 pools: hot spring mineral water pool, cold pool, soda pool, jacuzzi pool)
Outdoor onsen bathing pools (3 pools of natural hot mineral water), as well as using wet and dry sauna rooms

2. Ganban'yoku Sauna

This is a method of detoxifying and beautifying the skin and warming the body from deep within from heat radiated by infrared rays from hot stone slabs. Ganban service at Kawara My An Onsen Resort includes four types of Ganban rooms: Hot stone sauna, Himalayan rock salt sauna, IKI essential oil sauna, and snow sauna

Ganban'yoku's hot stone sauna gently warms the body from within, providing pain relief, improving the immune system, aiding weight loss, and promoting relaxation
The Himalayan rock salt sauna relieves stress, clears the skin, relaxes the body, and detoxifies while burning energy and relieving joint pains
The IKI essential oil steam room from Finland is a steam bath that improves the body and skin with hot stones and essential oils. Negative ions in the steam instantly relax and refresh the body
The snow room regulates body temperature, increases skin elasticity, reduces wrinkles, and enhances blood circulation for a comfortable feeling

3. Mineral mud bath

Mineral mud is taken from the ground, from a depth of hundreds of meters created by nature. The young mud layer has many organic and inorganic minerals that are very good in the beauty process. It also helps to remove toxins from the body, helping you to relax effectively and restore your health
