Its customer service operates from Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00 local time. Meanwhile, its station and ticket counter are located on the 1st floor of KLIA, below the Arrival Hall, next to the elevator.

KLIA Ekspres Services and Facilities

Through its integrated service, KLIA Ekspres provides flight check-in facilities at Kuala Lumpur City Air Terminal (KL CAT) inside the KL Sentral station. This facility is available for passengers flying with Malaysian Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Cathay Dragon, and Malindo Air. KLIA Ekspres passengers can use their train ticket to check in, print their baggage tags, and boarding passes, even before they reach the airport. Check-in via this facility must be done no later than 3 hours before international flights or 2 hours before domestic flights.

How to Use Your KLIA Ekspres Airport Voucher
To Airport
- Once booking and payment are completed, your Traveloka voucher will be sent via email. You can also see it via My Booking.
- On the departure date, go to KL Sentral station.
- To board the train, scan the barcode(s) on your Traveloka voucher at the boarding gate. Please note that there is a different barcode for each passenger.
- Board the train and get off at KLIA or KLIA2..
From Airport
