Can’t Find Your Device? Check Manually!

If your phone isn't listed above, follow these steps to check eSIM support:

Method 1: Dial a USSD Code (iOS & Android)

1.
Open the Phone app
2.
Dial *#06#
3.
If the EID number is listed, your phone supports eSIM. If not, your phone cannot use eSIM

Method 2: Check Phone Settings

On iOS:

1.
Go to Settings > General > About
2.
Scroll down to find EID
3.
If the EID number is listed, your phone supports eSIM. If not, your phone cannot use eSIM

On Android:

1.
Go to Settings > About Phone > Status Information
2.
Scroll down to find EID
3.
If the EID number is listed, your phone supports eSIM. If not, your phone cannot use eSIM

Once confirmed, simply choose your travel eSIM plan and scan the QR code provided.

Turn On Data Roaming to Get Connected

To make sure your eSIM works properly when you arrive at your destination, don’t forget to turn on data roaming. This lets your eSIM connect to the right local network.

For iPhone:

1.
Go to Settings > Cellular
2.
If you're using dual SIM, select your eSIM line
3.
Tap Roaming
4.
Turn Data Roaming ON

For Android:

1.
Go to Settings > Connections
2.
Tap Mobile Networks
3.
Tap Roaming
4.
Turn Data Roaming ON

And that’s it! Once roaming is on, your eSIM will automatically connect when you land.
