Does the Name on the Flight Ticket Have to be The Same as the ID Card?

The passenger name on e-ticket must match the name on the ID Card (KTP) or Passport. If there's a mistake in the e-ticket, kindly rectify prior to departure otherwise the airlines have the right to refuse check-in.

Domestic Flights

For Indonesia domestic flights, please contact the concerned airline's call center to request such assistance.

To find Indonesian airlines' contact center, please follow these steps:

1) Go to Traveloka Flight Page

2) Click on the airline logo under Airline Partners

3) Go to Airline Profile to find their contact details

International Flights

For international flight, the name on e-ticket must match your Passport. If you need to rectify this, please contact us via Request Form

If you wish to request for name correction, please ensure that you include :

  • correct name
  • Traveloka Booking ID
  • a copy of your Passport

The name change request may be subject to a fee, depending on the airline's policy.

Change the Passenger Name

If you wish to change the passenger name on the ticket, in other words, transferring your ticket to another person, please visit Request Form and go to How to Change the Passenger Name on Flight Ticket
