How to find out if my flight has been changed by the airline?

Prior to your departure date, Traveloka will notify you of any changes made by the airline to your flight schedule as soon as possible, including schedule changes or cancellations.

Notifications will be sent through multiple channels, including Email, WhatsApp, LINE, Zalo, SMS, Push Notifications, and your E-ticket on Traveloka app. Below are the examples of how a valid flight change information will be sent and displayed:

  • WhatsApp

  • LINE
  • Zalo
  • SMS

  • Email
  • Push Notification

  • E-ticket on Traveloka app

 

For WhatsApp, LINE, and Zalo users — if you don’t receive the notification, don’t worry, we’ll send it via SMS as well, as long as the phone number is the same. To help us send notifications through the appropriate channels, please ensure your contact details are accurate when purchasing your ticket.

And rest assured, the information provided will also include access to alternative solutions you can choose if the changes do not suit you. These solutions may include options for a refund or rescheduling.
