Both countries and airlines have issued special policies regarding travel during the COVID-19 pandemic. These policies and travel regulations may change over time following the development of the situation.

Please be advised that we do not offer face-to-face Customer Service.

  • For travels coming up within 7 days, your requests will be handled within 2 (two) days.
  • For travels coming up in more than 7 days, your requests will be responded within 3 days prior to your travel date.
