Updates on Travel Regulations during COVID-19 Outbreak

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak and subsequent lockdowns, travel bans, and warnings to multiple countries, a number of airlines have opted to cut down or suspend flights to some destinations.

If you are affected by the situation and would like to cancel or reschedule your flight, please go to our Updates on Coronavirus Outbreak page, and check your airline policy by clicking the Airline Status and Policy. For more details, please go to Travel Regulations

If you decide to change your travel plans due to the coronavirus outbreak and want to request a refund for your flight, please select "Force Majeure" as the reason for your refund request. Please note that refund requests due to force majeure only apply if your flight meets the policies set by your airline. If not, select "Cancellation by Passenger" as the reason for your refund request.
