If the Cancellation Policy on your voucher is Refundable: All bookings will be eligible for reschedule or refund. Simply submit your Easy Reschedule via your Traveloka App.

If the Cancellation Policy on your voucher is Non-Refundable: you will not be eligible for refund or reschedule.

How to Search and Book a Free Cancellation Room

To search and book a Free Cancellation room, follow these steps:

1. Find ‘Free Cancellation’ in our search filter.

2. Look for the 'Free Cancellation available' label highlighted in green color. The label will be displayed on all accommodations that offer free cancellation.

3. On the accommodation details page, scroll down the page until you find a list of rooms. You will find the Free Cancellation filter at the top of the page.

4. You can also find a Free Cancellation label on the room type that offers free cancellation.
