Hotel Voucher Not Received

There are a few possible reasons why you have not received your hotel voucher:

  • You did not make your payment in the exact amount as stated on the invoice.
  • The payment was made after the time limit had expired.
  • There was a delay in payment verification due to disruptions in the bank system.
  • You entered the wrong email address under Contact Details. In which case, you can simply resend your hotel voucher.

To expedite your hotel voucher issuance, upload your payment proof by following these steps:

  1. Go to My Booking.
  2. Click Ongoing Purchases and select your booking.
  3. Tap Upload Payment Proof. After uploading your proof of payment, you will be able to see the updated payment status in your Purchase List
  4. Click on your booking to access your hotel voucher.
