I recently stayed one night at Best Night 2 and I was thoroughly impressed. The friendly and attentive staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and made my brief visit feel truly special. My room was modern, impeccably clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long journey. I also appreciated the free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, which made my arrival and departure completely hassle free. The delightful breakfast the next morning set a positive tone for the day and added to the overall experience. Although I only stayed one night, I felt truly cared for and left with a lasting sense of hospitality.

Very good customer service with the whole staff. Clean, complementary breakfast is excellent. This hotel is better than a lot of American’s one. I will just suggest to publish their WhatsApp number so they be joined at the airport or a sign on their vehicles. I will definitely stay again

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice. Airport shuttle service was very nice and the driver very professional.
The location is somewhat far from city attractions which wouldn't be an issue if not for lack of transportation. There are taxis though, so it's not impossible to venture into the city for exploration. Overall, the hotel is very good and staff are excellent!

Amazing staff! Very friendly and professional.. they offered a free shuttle to and from the airport for free.
I arrived very late to the hotel due to a delay flight and the person at the reception offered me some food ( as i could not buy anything at that time)

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Despite our late arrival at 12:30 AM, they promptly arranged a shuttle upon our call. The check-in process at reception was smooth and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and food. I will definitely be returning!

The staff was by far the kindest and most helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the bed comfortable, the AC worked great and we felt safe and taken care of. We arrived late at night - first time in Algeria - our flight delayed and luggage lost. The staff welcomed us and helped us get on our way the next day. So grateful for this place and the people working there. The area outside is not conducive for walking around, but that’s just us. We don’t know the language, but as for the hotel itself, we wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, again.

The hotel was spotless, modern and so comfortable! The staff were also very polite and helpful, and spoke perfect English. Such an easy and relaxed experience. I have and will continue to reccomend this hotel to others staying in the city.

The hotel's distance from the airport is quite close and very convenient. The hotel itself is clean with everything that we requested available. Furthermore, the staff were very hospitable, kind and respectful.
